Meghan Markle is receiving support from a former colleague after allegations of bullying have surfaced.
A few days before the premiere of Markle and Prince’s Harry’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Duchess of Sussex, 39, was hit by accusations of bullying during her time as a royal worker at Kensington Palace.
News of the duchess’s alleged mistreatment of palace officials – allegations that Markle’s team vehemently refuted – caused a storm on social media.

Jon Cowan – a former writer and executive producer on the USA Network series, “Suits”, which Markle starred in from 2011 to 2018 – was quick to defend his former co-worker after the critical tweet.

On Tuesday, the Times in the United Kingdom claimed that Markle faced an intimidation complaint made by one of her close advisers.

According to The Times, the complaint was first made in October 2018 by Jason Knauf, former communications secretary for Harry and Markle. The complaint alleged that the former American actress expelled two personal assistants from home and undermined the trust of a third employee.
The agency reported that Knauf filed the complaint in an effort to protect palace officials who claimed to be being bullied by Markle. Some claimed that they were even reduced to tears.
A source claimed that Harry, 36, begged Knauf not to pursue the complaint. However, the couple’s lawyers deny that the meeting took place or that Harry interfered in any matter on the team.
Markle’s team refuted the allegations.
