Danger! revealed a series of new names to host the series of questions and answers. On Wednesday, executive producer Mike Richards revealed that CBS journalist Bill Whitaker and Mayim Bialik will take turns playing the question and answer game. The EP also confirmed that Katie Couric and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will be the invited hosts.
The Los Angeles Times reported that Couric will join the question and answer program, while Rodgers revealed that he would be the guest speaker during an interview on Tuesday at SiriusXM. Rodgers competed – and won – a celebrity edition of the Danger! in 2015.
As part of each host’s time on the show, Danger! make a donation to a charity of your choice. The amount donated will be equal to the cumulative earnings of competitors who compete during the weeks they serve as guest hosts.
New invited hosts will follow Danger! Former student and consultant producer Ken Jennings, who was the first guest presenter after Alex Trebek’s death. Richards will also present the program during the two weeks between episodes hosted by Jennings and those with newly announced personalities.
Additional guest hosts will be announced at the end of the season.
