Massachusetts will launch COVID vaccine scheme for all non-eligible residents, Baker administration announces

Governor Charlie Baker said on Tuesday that the authorities will disclose the remaining vaccination schedule to all residents not yet eligible for the COVID injection.

The rest of the timeline will be available on Wednesday morning, Baker said in a tweet later in the day.

“Tomorrow morning, our government will release the schedule for all the remaining groups in the MA vaccine plan. Each resident will know when they will be eligible for a vaccine, ”Baker tweeted on Tuesday night.

State health officials confirmed another 1,018 new cases of COVID and 16 virus-related deaths on Tuesday.

An analysis of new positive cases of COVID in the past week shows a small increase from the previous week. That number may continue to rise as last week’s tests are reported. Case levels continue to hover at levels similar to those at the end of October, just before the fall peak.

The seven-day average of positive tests also rose slightly on Tuesday, to 1.86%.
