Maryland Launches Pre-Registration Site for Mass Vaccination Sites

Maryland launched a new platform for qualified residents to pre-register to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at one of the state’s mass vaccination sites.

Maryland launched a new platform for eligible residents to pre-register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at one of the state’s mass vaccination sites.

Once pre-registered, Marylanders will be notified as soon as an appointment is available. Those who register will be able to check their pre-registration status and book an appointment.

Maryland residents in Phase 1 eligible populations can now pre-register online or by phone through the state’s COVID-19 vaccination support center at 1-855-MD-GOVAX.

Residents complained of spending hours on the phone waiting and being frustrated with several sites in the search for the first consultation for a COVID-19 vaccine.

The state responded with this new pre-registration site and hopes it will facilitate the process for Maryland residents.
