Marvel’s Loki series will debut on Disney Plus on June 11

Loki, the series starring Tom Hiddleston about Asgard’s god of mischief, will arrive at Disney Plus on June 11, Marvel Studios announced today.

The series was described by Marvel Studios as a “police thriller” in December during the big day of the Disney streaming investor. It follows Loki as he faces the Time Variance Authority, also known as TVA, after the events of Avengers: Endgame. The first trailer for the series was also released in December, and saw Loki enter several different worlds.

Marvel Studios is in a position where new programs appear all the time. WandaVision, Marvel Studios’ first major Disney Plus show, is coming to an end. The program has had incredible success, being a weekly trend on Twitter and bringing in millions of subscribers every week in the United States alone, according to Nielsen reviews. It will be followed by Falcon and the Winter Soldier, bringing together the characters of Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan at subsequent events Avengers: Endgame. This show will debut on March 19. Then, Loki and Black Widow.
