Marvel gave fans their first look at the new Spider-Man costume designed by Dustin Weaver, debuting in Marvelous Spider-Man.
Marvel Comics released the new costume that Spider-Man will wear, starting with Amazing Spider-Man # 62 in March and April Amazing spider man # 63.
The publisher first teased “a new look” for Peter Parker’s superhero costume in his March 2021 requests. Fans had another tease for the new Spider-Man costume and it’s secret on a silhouette cover for March Amazing spider man # 62 by Nick Spencer and Patrick Gleason. The Spider-Man costume was designed by Dustin Weaver, who illustrated the variant covers for Amazing spider man # 62-63.
“This design was really a collaborative effort between Nick Spencer, Editor Nick Lowe and me. They curbed the strangest and most technical features I was bringing in and helped create something that I think is simple and futuristic and classic,” said Weaver in a statement. “I can’t wait to see Patrick Gleason really bring him to life!”

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN # 63

The costume is very reminiscent of a super suit that Peter Parker would wear at Insomniac Game’s Marvel Spider-Man for PlayStation 4 | 5. It does away with the hero’s characteristic red and blue color scheme for gray and blue, with bright golden highlights for the chest and eyes spider emblem. Weaver’s two variant covers show Spider-Man swinging through the streets of New York, while the city receives a gold background to make Spidey’s new costume pop on the page. Variant coverage for Amazing spider man # 63 features J. Jonah Jameson – a former rival and now a trusted confidant – chasing Spider-Man as a man and woman try to take a fantasy photo through the car’s sunroof.
“After the traumatic events of Sin’s Rising, Peter Parker will wear this new suit for his showdown against Kingpin in the next arc of the successful run of writer Nick Spencer,” wrote Marvel. “Discover the mystery behind this top secret fantasy when AMAZING SPIDER-MAN # 61 and AMAZING SPIDER-MAN # 62 hit stores in March!”
Amazing spider man # 62, by Nick Spencer and Patrick Gleason, will go on sale in March 2021 by Marvel Comics.
