Nintendo decided to highlight Wario’s fashion choices in Mario Golf: Super Rush. The company had its big Nintendo Direct yesterday, which revealed the new entry in its sports series. The fans seemed pleased with the development, but many of them were more concerned with Wario and Bowser’s sportswear. Seeing Mario characters in different outfits always manages to make people talk on the Internet. But, this was especially strange. It looks like Nintendo is taking inspiration from real-life golfers and Wario seems to be equipped like the notorious partygoer John Daly. The mercurial athlete won the PGA championship in 1991 and the open championship in 1995. These are great compliments, but he is really best known for standing out as much as possible. So there is a perfect match for Wario.
