‘She left him’: Evan Bass from Bachelor Nation and wife Carly Waddell split in 2019, says his ex-wife

Veteran Evan Bass’ ex-wife, Marie Bass, dropped a bomb on her relationship with Carly Waddell.

Bass’s former partner, 38, shared on the Reality Steve podcast on Thursday, December 31, that he and Waddell, 35, have been living apart since 2019.

Waddell and Bass, who found love in the successful Bachelor In Paradise spinoff, announced on December 23 that they had split up after almost three years of marriage.

Speaking about the situation between Evan and Carly, Marie – who is the mother of her three children Nathan, Ensley and Liam – said:

‘I mean it was in February 19 that she left and moved to Pegram, Tennessee. She left him when she wasn’t even performing with Charlie yet.

The shocking allegations add an entirely different layer of depth to the first couple’s relationship, which it announced in a joint statement last week.

‘We made the difficult decision to split up. We will always value our time together and continue to have the utmost respect for each other while focusing on what is best for our family’s future. ‘

Separate lives ?: The Bachelor In Paradise couple share two children, but things seemed to have changed in their relationship in the past six months, when they swore they would have more children; June 2020

The pair met and fell in love on the show in 2016 and got married a year later on the show and things felt like a fairytale ending to them.

They share two children together, Bella, two, and Charlie, 13, and Waddell becoming the stepmother to their three children.

Fans have begun to suspect the relationship in the past six months for a handful of reasons, with both making few appearances on social media.

The pair swore they would have no more children in June, as Bass said: ‘I don’t think we could do it if we had another. It would take us a little longer, but … they would probably take us on different paths, ‘he shared on the podcast Mommies Tell All.

Waddell continued to fuel speculation that things were failing when she shared on December 6 that she changed on a vlog, not to mention Evan in terms of ‘us’ in the video.

When Evan turned 38 on December 17, he celebrated without Carly by his side, just posting a photo of his children that he called ‘My loves’.

The pair spent Christmas apart when Waddell said he was ‘the new normal’, while adding, ‘Which looks incredibly abnormal and, in fact, very sad.’

On January 1, Carly posted a photo of her and Bella on New Year’s Day as they kissed in the mirror while she said, ‘teaching self-love and learning to practice it alone’, as she shared last week, ‘all wounds heal, yours too. ‘
