Alison, who is representing herself in the case, says the singer Honey made the false claims despite knowing the damage it would do to her, due to her personal trauma and health problems.

Alison – who is HIV + has been arrested for requesting prostitution in the past – also said she was battling alcohol abuse after being sober for ‘a long time’.

With that in mind, Alison says that her famous sister slyly ‘used her status as a public figure to attack her penniless sister, generating sensationalist headlines describing sinister claims to promote sales of her book’.

Mrs. Elder Carey is seeking restitution for ‘intentional infliction of immense emotional suffering caused by the cruel, cruel, vindictive, despicable and utterly unnecessary public humiliation of the defendant’s already deeply damaged older sister’.

She said she sent Mariah’s legal team an offer for a settlement on Jan. 8, but never got a response, according to court documents.

Mariah’s sister is not the only one who is excited about the book.

His brother Morgan, 60, said he planned to sue during a November 2020 conversation with The Sun, calling his sister’s memories ‘delusional’.

In the book, she also claims that Morgan was hired to kill someone for $ 30,000, but never got on with the job.

“It is heartbreaking to witness my younger sister’s downfall in this odiously delusional revisionist speech, because it is reminiscent of her unbalanced behavior during her first breakdown,” he said.

‘The so-called’ memoir ‘is loaded with lies, distortions and great revisionism from beginning to end, and I can prove it.

“When I reveal the truth, the facts and supporting evidence, it will be a very difficult pill for her and her editors to swallow and rest assured that I will be filing a lawsuit.”

Mariah was equally cold when talking about her relationship with her siblings during a profile with Vulture last August, saying: ‘The thing is, they have been relentless just heartless in terms of dealing with me as a human being during most of my life.
