Man wins sixth Idaho lottery, this time taking home $ 250,000

Winning the lottery is a once-in-a-lifetime event, the saying goes.

Meet Bryan Moss.

Meridian resident, Idaho, is celebrating his sixth win in his state’s lottery and the $ 250,000 grand prize.

Moss, a regular lottery player, won on January 28. He said he plays to support education.

“I am proud to help support Idaho’s public schools, that’s really why I play,” said Moss in an Idaho Lottery press release.

Although it is not his first victory, this is Moss’s first major prize and the largest amount he has ever won.

His winning ticket was sold at ExtraMile in Meridian, east of the suburb of Boise, which received a $ 20,000 bonus as a seller.

Since 1989, the Idaho lottery has distributed $ 961.5 million in dividends to Idaho schools and public buildings, the lottery said.

Moss, owner of Newko Sports Nutrition in Meridian, plans to save his grand prize for his daughter’s future education.
