Erling Haaland will not be available in a reduced price deal this summer, which will be a blow to names like Manchester United and Manchester City.
The Borussia Dortmund striker has not yet spent 18 months at the Bundesliga club.
But he is already being linked to new pastures as Europe’s elite circle.
The 20-year-old has scored 41 goals in 42 games for the German national team as he continues his rapid rise.
United was closely linked to Haaland before switching from Red Bull Salzburg to Dortmund.
Rival City is also credited with interest, seeing the striker as a long-term successor to Sergio Aguero.

Rumors of a termination clause in his contract have circulated, but that will not come into play until the end of next season.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that its £ 65 million release clause cannot be activated until June 2022, although it is a private agreement.
This echoes the words of Dortmund’s director general, Hans-Joachim Watzke, who said last year: “No, there is no release clause in the summer of 2021 for Erling Haaland”
The other club chief, Michael Zorc, also spoke about Haaland’s future in the past, insisting that he will be at the club for a long time.

“We plan for the long term with Erling. [Rumours] it doesn’t have to be treated in any way, “he said.
“I will see you with us for a long time.”
Haaland’s father, Alfe-Inge, also evaluated his son’s future plans.
Despite admitting that his son was happy at the Bundesliga club, he refused to rule out a change in the future.
“Now he is happy in Dortmund, but Erling loves challenges and in football you never know. We will see,” he said.
