Man from SC accused of spreading feces and urine on the walls of friends’ house

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC. (WVLT / WIS) – Investigators say a man caused $ 30,000 in damage to a home where he was staying as a guest in Orangeburg County, South Carolina.

The WIS reports that 21-year-old Kristion Keller was accused of a malicious personal property injury in excess of $ 10,000 after a bizarre incident.

According to investigators, the victim told deputies that originally Keller and his wife, both friends of the victim’s partner, should stay a while before moving on. However, the Kellers eventually placed plastic sheets in the house to divide the space between the victim and the victim’s boyfriend.

Eventually, the victims said they could not deal with the situation and left their homes and filed for eviction in court.

“The victims left the residence and stayed with a relative until the date of the trial,” said OCSO officials. “In the meantime, they were contacted several times by the Kellers, who said that repairs were needed in the house.”

The sheriff’s office said the victim received threats of legal action if he did not make the repairs.

He received $ 25,000 bail on Thursday and was ordered not to leave the state or maintain contact with the victim.

The victims later learned that the Kellers had left the house before the trial date and returned. What they found was not only harmful, but disgusting, the victims said.

According to a report, the victims found holes in the walls, water in the floor and urine and human feces scattered on the floor, walls and ceilings.

The victims said the dressing table and the shower and bathtub drawers in the salt water and kitchen utensils were damaged. The wires from the AC unit were pulled from the wall and the food was placed inside the unit and also on the wall.

The victims also said the beds were soiled with various liquids.

According to the WIS, Keller received a $ 25,000 bond and was ordered not to leave the state or to contact the victims.
