St. Paul’s police arrested a man in connection with the shocking murder of a woman and her two children on Saturday afternoon.
St. Paul’s police chief, Todd Axtell, said a 26-year-old man was taken into custody at 7:25 pm on Friday at block 2100 on Wilson Avenue.
He is a person of interest in the fatal shooting of D’Zondria Wallace, 30, and his children, La’Porsha, 14, and Jacoebie, 11.
The arrest was made by the São Paulo Police Department, SWAT.
“His SPPD officers worked quickly, professionally and always in the interests of the victims, their loved ones and the entire city,” said Axtell.
“I hope you will join me in thanking the team members, each of whom has put his heart and soul into this case.”
