Rhett DeHart is officially acting United States Attorney for the District of South Carolina, following the resignation of US Attorney Peter M. Born in North Augusta, SC, and residing in Mount Pleasant, SC, U.S. Attorney General DeHart has served as assistant attorney general in the Charleston district office since 2001, prosecuting several crimes while focusing on white collar and exploitation fraud. childish.
