Hale, 31, and Ulrich, 51, never appeared on a project together (see the requirement “what’s your favorite age difference?”, Jokes), although they are tied to a very specific TV universe: Ulrich played the father of FP Jones leather in Riverdale before ending the current season, while Hale occupied the role of title fashionista in the show’s spin-off, Katy Keene, until its cancellation last year.
