Lori Loughlin she may have missed Christmas with her family, but the good news … she is only 3 days late because she has just been released from prison.
The “Full House” star will enjoy the rest of what 2020 has to offer after she was released on Monday … and just 2 days before serving 2 months for her role in the college admission scandal.
As we reported … Lori surrendered to the FCI Dublin authorities in California on the eve of Halloween. Remember, she surrendered almost 3 weeks before the November 19 deadline.
Lori, of course, agreed in May to plead guilty to 1 count of conspiracy to commit electronic and postal fraud. Lori – along with her husband, Mossimo – were accused of paying $ 500k in bribes to put their daughters at USC and faking a photo it made it look like the girls were college-level paddlers.
Now that Lori has left … she will have 2 years of supervised release. She must also perform 250 hours of community service. Mossimo was sentenced to 5 months and is still in prison.
He reported to prison officials in November … with a new look. One is gone, one more to go.
