Looking for the COVID vaccine? 2,000 available on Wednesday at the drive-thru clinic without consultation :: WRAL.com

– Approximately 2,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine were still available at 10 am at a drive-thru clinic at North Johnston High School, according to the county.

The clinic is open to Groups 1-4 and consultation is not required.

Vaccine clinics at North Johnston High School reported low waiting times during the month of March and often report that there are still many doses available.

Those who receive the vaccine under the age of 18 will need an adult with them. Patients will need another dose between 21 and 42 days after the first dose.

Vaccines will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The drive-thru vaccination clinic is being held at North Johnston High School, located at 5915 US Hwy 301 North, Kenly, NC 27542.

People must enter the school on Watson Road (near the athletic fields).
