A new song by JAY-Z and the late Nipsey Hussle was released. “What It Feels Like” is featured on the soundtrack of Shaka King’s new film Judas and the Black Messiah. Listen to “How it feels” below.
Judas and the Black Messiah: the inspired album is executive produced by Hit-Boy, Dash Sherrod, Ryan Coogler and Archie Davis. The LP features songs from A $ AP Rocky, G Herbo, Lil Durk, Black Thought, Polo G, Rakim and more. HER recently shared his own contribution to the soundtrack, entitled “Fight for You”. This song was nominated for a Golden Globe and is on the list of possible Oscar nominees for Best Original Song.
Judas and the Black Messiah stars Daniel Kaluuya as Fred Hampton – activist and president of the Illinois Black Panther Party. The period drama chronicles Hampton’s betrayal by FBI informant William O’Neal (played by Lakeith Stanfield).
