Lisa Vanderpumpshe is suffering, like all restaurant owners, due to the pandemic, and now she has another headache … a lawsuit for unpaid products.
As you know, Lisa and Ken Todd own and operate PUMP and Villa Blanca – 2 LA hotspots … pre-COVID, of course. Both stores closed last year during the quarantine, but used to receive shipments of fruits and vegetables from a company called West Central Produce.
West Central Produce is now suing restaurants, not Lisa, for previous deliveries. In the process, obtained by TMZ, WCP says it received its last payment from Villa Blanca in March 2020 for $ 8,890.10 … while PUMP disbursed more than $ 9,144.70. That’s a ton of vegetables!
But that was right around the time the quarantine started, forcing restaurants to close for several months – and WCP says the money has also stopped coming in from Vanderpump’s restaurants.
In all, the company claims to have a debt of just under $ 100,000 from both restaurants. He’s processing that amount, plus some interest.

What’s interesting is that Lisa and Ken announced last summer that Villa Blanca was closing for good. Like so many restaurants, the closure of the pandemic was too much to overcome – but the good news is that Lisa says PUMP will be reopened.
Ken told us that although he did not know about the process, if he owes anyone money, he will make sure his accountants receive payment from the WCP. He says COVID has been a difficult time for everyone in the restaurant business. PUMP has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic.
One more thing … your mom would like us to remind you to eat your vegetables! 😉
