Lil Nas X hits back at critics of NSFW’s music video “MONTERO”

Lil Nas XThe most recent video clip left many people excited, but the rapper can take the heat and do a bit of his own.

The 21-year-old Grammy winner clapped his hands back to critics of “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)”, which contains religious and sexually explicit images. He portrays the star wearing boxer briefs and black leather boots up to his thigh, dancing in hell and then giving the devil a lap dance.

“You are saying that a gay n — twerking in a cgi satan is the end of time”, Lil Nas X tweeted on Friday, March 26, “as if slavery and the holocaust had not happened”.

He too tweeted, “There is a mass shootout every week that our government does nothing to prevent. Slipping down a cgi pole is not what is destroying society.”

“The system targets children”, a critic tweeted. “Lil Nas X’s fan base is mainly made up of kids. They did the same thing with Miley Cyrus after Hannah Montana. “

Lil Nas X replied, “There was no system involved. I made the decision to create the video clip. I am an adult. I am not going to spend my entire career trying to take care of your children. This is your job.”
