Liam cut $ 1 million off the price of the “haunted” Californian complex after renting it in 2018, when he failed to sell.

He took the five bedrooms and eight bathrooms home from the market after the California forest fires, but re-listed him in 2019 for $ 12.99 million.

Liam had previously tried to sell the property in the semi-remote area of ​​Monte Nido in the rugged mountains between Malibu and Calabasas for $ 13.99 million, after putting it up for sale in January 2018.

He purchased the 4.69-acre property in late 2015 for $ 10 million. He then rented the house for an incredible $ 60,000 [£46,000] one month.

The singer has said he thinks the house is haunted and lived there with ex-girlfriend Cheryl when she was pregnant with her son, Bear, now three. The couple broke up after a three-year romance.

The 9,659 square foot property, located in the luxurious Calabasas region, comes with its own spa, vineyard and even a meditation center – and is where the couple spent much of Cheryl’s pregnancy in 2016.
