The stylus series equipped with LG’s stylus generally ends up among the most popular mid-range phones each year, and by 2021, it looks like there will be two options. @OnLeaks has just released the first leak of the LG Stylo 7 while revealing that a 5G model is coming.
According to this leak posted on Voice, the LG Stylo 7 will be very similar to the OnePlus Nord. It will have a vertical rear camera module, with only a square shape instead of rounded corners. Apparently, there are three cameras, but, unfortunately, it is not clear what these sensors can be at this point.
The rest of the design is also quite normal. There’s nothing flashy on the back and the front has some fine bezels around the 6.8 inch screen with a centralized punch, much like the LG Stylo 6. The phone apparently measures 170.4 x 77.2 x 8, 8 mm, slightly smaller overall compared to Stylo 6, but also slightly thicker. Another notable change is to move the fingerprint sensor from the rear to the side inside the power button. There is also a headphone jack which is always nice to see.
Of course, the LG Stylo 7 also maintains the stylo and its storage silo, but an interesting thing about the new model is that it will appear in two variants apparently. First, there will be a normal model only LTE, but also another that works with 5G networks. There is likely to be a cost difference between the two, as well as a more powerful processor in the 5G compatible device.
It is unclear exactly when the LG Stylo 7 will hit the market, but the Stylo 6 made its debut in May.
