The hype machine behind Godzilla vs. Kong is entering high speed now that we know the film will finally be released in March. When Warner Bros. made the decision to place his entire 2021 list on HBO Max and in theaters, the two Legendary films in 2021 were immediately discussed. We found out that Legendary discovered the film not long before us, and that didn’t make them happy. We don’t know what kind of deal they made to keep the films in service, but Dune is still in the air. As for Godzilla vs. Kong, a sequence of a low-performance film that was already being filmed when that film underperformed, so it was too late to fix it Justice League, is finally getting a real buzz behind it. Legendary is sharing very short clips of the movie before the trailer launches tomorrow to get people excited.

The online conversation makes it seem like people are very excited to finally see this movie, but we will have to see it. If someone wants to see this in theaters safely, they may be out of luck because people think wearing a mask is an affront to their personal freedoms because they are stupid. Perhaps someone will re-launch as soon as the vaccine is released and it is safe to return to theaters. A marathon of all four films (Godzilla, Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla: King of the Monster, and Godzilla vs. Kong) would probably be a fun movie night.
