LeBron James raises Christmas record book in Lakers victory over Mavericks

Anthony Davis said (said), he started thinking about leaving the Pelicans at Christmas time 2018.

Two years later, he achieved his first Christmas victory.

Davis (28 points, eight rebounds, five assists and two steals) played excellently and had a lot of help in the Lakers’ 138-115 victory over the Mavericks. LeBron James (22 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds) was in firm control, and Montrezl Harrell (22 points and seven rebounds) came off the bench.

The Lakers beat Dallas in all four quarters, the fourth straight game without suspense today. This continues a trend from last season, when the Lakers’ defeat to the Clippers was the only competitive Christmas game.
