Leaks in the Core i9-11900K CPU-Z benchmark result?

Interesting, down there, no, I mean, a little higher up there, in Asia, some new numbers have emerged. This round is Rocket Lake’s new 8-core flagship, the Core i9-11900K, specifically with CPU-Z benchmark numbers.

This (CPU-Z score) makes it more interesting, as these numbers can be easily compared with our own set of tests. The core architecture of Cypress Cove appears to produce substantial numbers, and if we can believe the leaked score, we don’t know whether the CPU has been tuned or whether BIOS optimizations have been enabled).

The results show that Core i9-11900K reached 695 points in the single-thread CPU-Z benchmark, which is approximately 20% faster than Core i9-10900K; the multi-threaded benchmark shows a score of 6522 points, which is disheartening compared to 10900K. But again, that one has 10 cores. Videocardz detected the leak. If the results are basic (default settings), the single-core turbo is impressive. However, it will be interesting to see how long that single core bin can run in seconds, as, for a score like that, a high frequency is needed, and this proc is still at 14nm which consumes a lot of energy. We raised the question, since multi-core performance seems much more normalized, in fact, even in line with

Legal notice: There is nothing more subjective than adding alleged unverified numbers to our own graphs, but I will do it anyway, as this shows a clearer picture of the product’s positioning. Please be sure to get the graphics below with too much salt, as we cannot validate the leaked CPU-Z results. Again, they can be adjusted in some way or form. Take this HUGE disclaimer into account, right? Rocket Lake is rumored to be announced at CES with a March 15 launch.

Okay, this is the last post of this year, guys! happy 2021! šŸ™‚
