Larry Nance Jr. puts Nets star James Harden on a poster

Cleveland Cavaliers striker Larry Nance Jr. completely wiped out James Harden’s defense with this sickly sign on Friday. In the middle of the third quarter of the Cavs’ presentation to the Brooklyn Nets at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Nance was losing control and received a nice touch pass from teammate Andre Drummond.

Seeing The Beard as the only white shirt in his neighborhood, the 28-year-old rubber band took off and punched a right-handed hammer in the outstretched arms of the Nets superstar.

It could be argued that the referees should have canceled the play and sent Larry Nance Jr. to the line.

James Harden, on the other hand, was often criticized for his supposed lack of effort across the room. To his credit, he tried to spin against towering Nance, but ended up paying the price.

Nance and Cavs, meanwhile, seek to win consecutive victories against Harden and company after the double overtime win, which they dedicated to Jarrett Allen in their last match.

Towards Friday’s rematch, Nance was scoring 10.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.5 steals in 14 games. He also improved his efficiency in the field, making 49.6% of attempts on the ground and 44.4% in all three.

On the other hand, the Nets are still looking for chemistry between their two stars in Harden and Kyrie Irving. Kevin Durant did not play Friday night just in case.
