DENVER – On January 19, Lane Supply Holdings, LLC d / b / a Lane Supply Company announced the acquisition of Palmetto Compressors, Inc. and Fountain Inn Mechanical, Inc. (Palmetto Compressors). For the past 20 years, Palmetto Compressors has served as a leading distributor and compressor installation company KAESER and as a leading service provider for all makes and models of compressed air systems throughout the state of South Carolina.
With the strategic acquisition of Palmetto Compressors, Lane strengthens its presence in the compressed air market, providing opportunities to expand its main industrial supply and equipment business in the southeastern United States.
