When asked what gave her hope last year, she said: ‘I have to be honest. I’m about to cry on the other end of the call with you because it’s really – they’re doctors, they’re nurses, they’re essential workers. I haven’t talked to that person about talking about it publicly, but I will say that a very important member of my family has been very, very sick recently and has been in the hospital for almost two months.

‘I have been alone in the ICU many times because you cannot enter with more than one person, if at all. I have never seen the heroic acts of bravery I witnessed, watching these doctors and nurses and the people who did the cleaning in the hospital, ‘she said.

Gaga also revealed that she was touched by the team’s kindness while her loved one was in the hospital.

She added: ‘They put their heart and soul into their work, and they even cared about me, who – I assure you, no one could even recognize me behind all the equipment I used. They just said, ‘How are you? How is your family? It’s all right? Can we do anything? ”
