LA detectives launch investigation into MARILYN MANSON’s claims

As multiple charges have surfaced on the Internet for allegations of abuse against Marilyn Manson, the LA County Shreiff Department is taking notice.

TMZ reports:

Police sources tell TMZ … LA County Sheriff’s Department detectives plan to meet with one of Manson’s alleged victims in the next few days, and we are told that the meeting was the result of a wave of online allegations made by ex from Manson.

Our sources say the sheriff’s delegates want to determine whether a crime has been committed if it falls under their jurisdiction and whether it deserves further investigation.

The FBI was the first to open an investigation into allegations of abuse, but TMZ reports that it forwarded the investigation to the Los Angeles police.

On February 1, actress Evan Rachel Wood publicly named Manson as her assailant, after previously detailing how she was mentally and physically tortured by an older man when she was 18. Later, she elaborated that Manson “started brushing me when I was a teenager and abused me terribly for years”, adding “I was brainwashed and manipulated until submission.” Wood issued a second statement accusing Manson and his current wife of trying to blackmail her into silence. One of Manson’s former personal assistants supported his claims and claimed that Manson is abusing his current wife.

Wood began to attract the attention of other women who spoke of the abuse they claimed Manson had caused them. Another accuser said Manson aimed a gun at her and accused him of drugging his girlfriend at the time.

War of Thrones Actress Esmé Bianco recently detailed an abusive case she had with Manson, which she says is still recovering mentally.

Limp BizkitWes Borland, who played with Manson in 1998, was the first artist to speak up, and said that everything Wood was saying was true. Trent Reznor issued a statement denouncing him. Another musician, Phoebe Bridgers, revealed that she went to Manson’s house when she was a teenager and he joked that he had “a rape room”.

Otep said earlier this week that Manson’s current wife, Usich, used to call Otep’s hysterical former girlfriend, claiming that Manson was drugged and abusive.

Manson’s previous wife, Dita Von Teese responded to fans’ concerns by addressing the situation, saying she was never abused by Manson. Sharon Osbourne also spoke positively of her relationship with Manson, but said that she did not control her personal life. Actor Corey Feldman accused Manson of emotional abuse.
