It appears that Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray first injured his shoulder / arm against the Seahawks in Week 11. Murray says the injury occurred two games earlier.

“It happened against the Dolphins,” said Murray during an appearance on PFT Live. “I don’t know if you saw it, I found a guy like the third and long, one of the short ones, whatever, who started it all. Then the Seahawks game landed on the first unit. That’s when it really started. . . . I really couldn’t – I wanted to stay in the game for my guys against the Seahawks. I wasn’t running so hard with blows. I think it affected. After that game I was fine. Obviously, I had to play a little. But you take blows here and there and keep playing, and it was good. I was good all year. I don’t think it affected me as much as people think ”.

Murray fought against it, managing to start all 16 games. And his shoulder injury did nothing to stop him from developing a move in week 10 forever, a Ave Maria winning the game against the Bills.
