Kristen Bell praises Dax Shepard’s “commitment to growth” by sharing a sweet birthday tribute to her husband seven years ago
Kristen Bell posted a moving tribute to Dax Shepard on social media to mark her 46th birthday.
The 40-year-old actress – who has Delta, six, and Lincoln, seven, with Dax – took to Instagram to honor her husband, who celebrated her birthday on Saturday.
Kristen – who married Dax in 2013 – wrote on Instagram: ‘It’s my favorite day of the year! When I celebrate the birth of my favorite human being on earth and pamper it until it rots!

Dax announced in September that he suffered a relapse after being sober since 2004.
The Parenthood actor said in his podcast Armchair Expert that he became addicted to the pain reliever Vicodin, which he was prescribed after surgery after a motorcycle accident.
Kristen previously revealed that she was ‘desperate to impress’ Dax at the beginning of her romance.
The beautiful blonde explained to You magazine in 2018: ‘When we first met, I was desperate to impress him. I would be wearing denim shorts, cooking a three-course meal … No interest from Dax.
“He’s the only man I know who doesn’t want a 1950s housewife.”

Despite this, the Hollywood star admitted that he still ‘fights for everything’.
The celebrity couple resorted to counseling to solve their problems.
She said: ‘In the next fight you have, you can slam the front door, but don’t get in the car; then the fight after that, you can mentally slam the door. ‘
Kristen believes that all weddings will have their ups and downs. The actress also thinks that more couples should consider resorting to therapy.
