Krispy Kreme is making vaccines even sweeter with a free donut a day for the rest of the year

From Monday until the end of the year, if you take your vaccination card anywhere in the United States with Krispy Kreme, you can get a free glazed donut every day, the company said in a press release.

The card must show one or two doses of any of the Covid-19 vaccines to qualify and must be redeemed at a store. You don’t need to buy anything to get your free daily donut.

“We all want COVID-19 to support us as quickly as possible and we want to support everyone who does their part to make the country safe by being vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available to them,” said Dave Skena, head of official Krispy Kreme Of marketing.

However, the company recognizes that not everyone will receive the vaccine.

“We understand that the choice to receive the COVID-19 vaccine is a highly personal decision,” says the press release.

Those who decide not to have the Covid-19 vaccine can still win a glazed donut and an average coffee on Mondays from March 29 to May 24.

Publix joins a growing list of grocery stores that offer incentives for workers to be vaccinated

The promotions are part of the “Be Sweet” initiative to inspire joy and kindness.

Support for the Krispy Kreme vaccine is not limited to store customers.

The retailer is also offering its employees an incentive to get the vaccine with four hours of paid time off to get vaccinated.

In addition, Krispy Kreme will support healthcare professionals and volunteers who are helping to administer vaccines, delivering free donuts to selected vaccination centers across the country in the coming weeks.
