Klay Thompson’s funny response to Steph Curry’s high career

On Sunday night, Stephen Curry took all the criticism he and the Warriors had faced last year and turned it into a ridiculous performance, scoring 62 points in a victory over the Portland Trail Blazers.

For Curry, the 62-point attack broke his previous career record of 54 points in 2013 against the Knicks. He also beat Klay Thompson.

Thompson scored 60 points in a game in 2016 against the Pacers and, immediately after the game, Thompson was kind to receive curry for the 60-point club.

But on Monday, Klay had some fun with Curry’s score and posted a video of Happy Gilmore to show how he is really feeling myself.

So good.

Well, to be fair to Klay, he probably would have broken that 62 point mark if he hadn’t been left out in the final nine minutes of his January 23, 2015 game against the Kings. You know, the game that included your 37 points in the third quarter. He ended up scoring 52 points in that game.

It seems like the perfect rebuttal to me.
