King Crimson founder Robert Fripp and his wife, singer Toyah Willcox, shared a cover of Guns N ‘Roses’ Welcome To The Jungle – see below.
The duo launched their Sunday Lunch video series last year, sharing interpretations of songs by Nirvana, David Bowie, Metallica and more through Willcox’s YouTube channel.
Last week (January 17), the pair revealed a version of Billy Idol’s ‘Rebel Yell’ with Willcox dressed as a cheerleader and waving pompoms while Fripp played guitar.
This week’s kitchen cover shows the couple facing Guns N ‘Roses’ Welcome To The Junge’, with Willcox performing holding a pair of blue gymnastics weights.
“Welcome to the jungle and welcome to a new exercise class with your favorite pair,” Willcox subtitles the new video.

Earlier this year, Fripp and Willcox covered Led Zeppelin’s 1971 classic, ‘Black Dog’. They also shared a New Year’s message with their viewers in a separate video.
“For 2021, I want an inclusive, egalitarian and compassionate society,” said Fripp in that clip. “And how am I going to fulfill my wishes [is] tying my guitar and shaking like an uncontrollable fireball of rock fury. “
Last October, former King Crimson vocalist and bassist Gordon Haskell died at the age of 74. The late musician was invited by Fripp to join the band in 1970, after the departure of Greg Lake, his original vocalist.
Bill Rieflin, the former King Crimson drummer, also passed away last March. He was 59 years old.
Meanwhile, Slash said he is optimistic that 2021 will see new releases from both Guns N ‘Roses and his band with Myles Kennedy.
The guitarist said he has recently been working with bassist Duff McKagan on the material that should form the first new Guns N ‘Roses album since 2008, the notoriously late’ Chinese Democracy ‘.
