If your cloak has enough coverage along with a motif that deserves to be appreciated, go ahead and add a pair of thick mules to the ensemble and call it a dress. You may be concerned about a safer closure for external use, but this is nothing that a slip, tank or a little fabric tape cannot fix. The look is elegant, simple and easy to use to stay on sofa time, join friends for a cyber cocktail and then join them IRL when the time finally comes.
