It was a clash of titans on Twitter: Kevin Sorbo and Lucy Lawless argued about Wednesday’s riots at the U.S. Capitol, where supporters of President Trump stormed the building, caused damage and sent lawmakers and staff members into hiding.

On Wednesday afternoon, Sorbo retweeted a photo of some of the people who invaded the United States Capitol with the caption: “Do they look like Trump supporters? Or leftist agitators disguised as supporters of Trump … “The actor added his own thoughts:” They don’t seem patriotic to me … ”
The image he shared included shirtless “shaman QAnon” who identified himself with a Viking hat, Jake Angeli of Arizona, who was identified as a participant in right-wing political events in his home state.
Lawless appeared on the reply topic on Thursday morning with a message for his former colleague.
“No, peanuts. They are not patriots. They are your flying monkeys, homemade terrorists, QAnon actors. They are the assholes who go out and carry out the evil orders of people like you, who like to roll them up like toys and let them do their worst. #keepingYourFilthyHandsclean #enabler ”, she wrote.
Sorbo did not answer her.
The brief exchange came after tweets earlier in the day, where Sorbo advised those who invaded the Capitol: “Please be careful, don’t act like ANTIFA. Respect the police and know that they are mainly on our side, they are simply trying to do their job ”. Less than an hour later, he posted: “ANTIFA led the attack on the capitol building dressed as a Trump supporter.”
This conspiracy theory has been debunked as more people in the crowd are identified.
