If Kevin can wait, WandaVision and Breaking Bad had a torrid triple and made a baby of indeterminate paternity, it would probably look a bit like Kevin can f ** k – judging by the first trailer for the dramatic genre-smashing.
Debuting this summer on AMC and AMC +, and starring Schitt’s Creek featured Annie Murphy, Kevin can f ** k explores the secret life of a type of woman we all grew up believing we knew – the sitcom wife – asking how the world looks through her eyes. Alternating between the realism of a single camera and the comedy of multiple cameras, the series will imagine “what happens when the sitcom’s wife escapes her limits and takes the lead in her own life”
In addition to Murphy, the cast includes Eric Petersen (Kirstie) as the owner of the cable TV, Kevin; Mary Hollis Inboden (The Righteous Gemstones) as neighbor Patty; and Alex Bonifer (Superstore) as Patty’s husband / Kevin’s best friend.
Consisting of eight-hour episodes. Kevin can f ** k is executive produced by series creator Valerie Armstrong (Lodge 49, SEAL Team), Rashida Jones and Will McCormack, and showrunner Craig DiGregorio (Strident, workaholics)
