According to legal documents, Kylie says Bergquist is tracking her after the man allegedly broke into a nearby house last month, fled as soon as he was located and returned to the area in his car later.
The complaint details that the man apparently traveled from North Dakota and told private security that he was in the area to “find her”.
Kylie filed for an injunction just over three weeks ago. Now that it is secured, Bergquist must be at least 100 meters away from businessman Kylie Skin at all times.
