Masked Singer, 51, recently donated $ 50,000 to the families of victims of the recent Atlanta shootings, Fox News confirmed.
Five $ 10,000 donations were made to several pages of GoFundMe by Kendrick Jeong, which is the actor’s birth name.
The star donated money to raise funds for the families of the victims Suncha Kim, Yong Yue, Xiaojie “Emily” Tan, Soon Chung Park and Hyun Jung Grant.

Jeong, the son of South Korean immigrants, has spoken openly about hate crimes against Americans of Asian origin, which the Atlanta shootings are considered to be.

“With regard to the situation in Atlanta and the shootings in Atlanta, my heart, thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected,” he said during a virtual tour of “Late Night with Seth Meyers”. “… It is just a sign that with the Asian-American community, it is enough.”
He said his community is “fed up” with these hate crimes, which have increased since the outbreak of the coronavirus.
The “Hangover” actor blamed terms like “China virus” and “Kung flu” for contributing to this hatred against the Asian American community.

“The fact that even in this particular crime, there is a debate as to whether this crime was racially motivated,” he reflected. “Asian-American women are twice as likely to be beaten in America. This was clearly, clearly motivated by racial motives. This was clearly a hate crime.”
Last week, an armed man opened fire at three spas in the Atlanta area and was charged with eight counts of murder and aggravated assault. Six of the eight victims were members of the Asian-American community.
He claimed that his motives were related to his sex addiction, although they are still under investigation.

“As a guy who was a doctor and whose wife still practices medicine, I have an idea of how to solve COVID: it’s masks, vaccination, common sense, don’t be a ——,” Jeong continued. “But as a human being, I don’t know how to resolve racism. You have to listen, learn, love, be tolerant. In our particular case, as Asian Americans, this’ Kung’s Flu — needs to stop, ”he concluded. “We need to express it out loud. And we are.”
