Katherine Heigl is brutally honest about the claims she was “difficult” to work with

“I may have said some things that you didn’t like, but then it went up to ‘she’s ungrateful’, then to ‘she’s difficult’ and ‘she’s not professional’,” she said. “What is your definition of difficult? Anyone with an opinion you don’t like? Now I’m 42, and that shit pisses me off.”

“I am deeply sorry to have scared them like that,” she said. “But I just couldn’t control it. I didn’t have any tools.”

Years later, Katherine would seek the help of a therapist to deal with her anxiety. “I asked my mother and husband to find me a place to go that could help me, because I thought I would rather be dead,” she said. “I didn’t realize how much anxiety I was experiencing until I got so sick that I really had to seek help. You can do a lot of soul work, but I’m a huge Zoloft fan.”
