Katharine McPhee shares the first photo with her newborn son when she says ‘I love being a mother!’
Katharine McPhee is giving her fans and social media followers a first look at her newborn son, who arrived on planet Earth less than two weeks ago.
On Saturday, the singer and actress shared a lovely photo of herself, beaming with pride, as she rocked her son in a stroller during a casual walk.
‘Just in case you’re wondering … I love being a mom!’ McPhee, 36, wrote at the top of the image, along with a rainbow-colored emoji.

With a smile that helped light the sky, the American Idol student posed with her arms around her son, apparently in a suburban neighborhood in California.
She kept her casual but elegant style in the fashion department, with a black skirt that went halfway down her calf, and a tight white shirt with long sleeves.
The Broadway star also wore white sneakers for the ride and had her brown hair pulled back in a ponytail.

McPhee, who has not yet released the baby’s name publicly, teased fans by having only his son’s head visible.
There also seemed to be a stuffed animal positioned right next to him in the baby’s bag.

The 71-year-old man is already the proud father of five adult daughters: Sara, 40, Erin, 38, and Jordan, 34, who he shared with second wife Rebecca Dyer.
He also has daughters Allison, 50, and Amy, 47, from previous relationships.

The couple first met in 2006, when McPhee was a competitor in Fox’s fifth season of American Idol and Foster was a mentor in the singing competition series.
They started dating in 2017, got engaged during their vacation in Italy in July 2018, and eventually tying the knot in a church in London, England in June 2019.
McPhee documented her pregnancy on social media with photos that often showed her showing her belly.
The Los Angeles native takes on the role of a nanny in Country Comfort, a new musical comedy series that debuts on Netflix on March 19.
