In November 2019, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a joint appearance at the Shout’s Crisis Volunteer celebration event at the Troubadour White City Theater in London. Then, carrying a large bouquet of flowers, Kate almost tripped on the sidewalk as she went back to the car.
William, always a gentleman, seemed to react instantly to his wife’s near fall, extending his helping hand. Even so, Kate was able to balance herself. Afterwards, she looked over her shoulder at William, who was getting into the car, and laughed.

During the celebration, William and Kate also shared some rare PDA moments. William was photographed placing his hand on Kate’s back. In another case, the duke reached out to touch her arm, which she returned.
Although the gestures seem small, they were incredibly rare examples of affection available to the public.
Kate was wearing a brown tapered Joseph pants. For warm clothing, she wore a black and white Smythe jacket. Her sophisticated look was finished with a pair of black suede shoes by Gianvito Rossi.
