Kate Gosselin sells home to parents for nearly $ 1.1 million

The reality show home in Pennsylvania, Kate Gosselin, has been sold.

Gosselin of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” and later “Kate Plus 8” listed his home in Wernersville, Berks County for almost $ 1.3 million, according to People Magazine. The house was sold for $ 1,085,000 on January 25, according to the listing on Zillow. The sale was first reported by The Sun.

The 7,591 square foot home on nearly 24 acres and built in 1997 has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, according to Zillow’s list.

Other features of the house, according to the Zillow list include:

  • Six bedrooms in the main house, separate living rooms with private entrance through the individual garage for three cars.
  • Spacious gourmet chef’s kitchen with large kitchen island and stainless appliances, including three ovens, six-burner gas stove and two dishwashers
  • Large formal dining room with gas fireplace
  • Saltwater pool and spa combination with waterslide
  • Oversized master bedroom on the first floor with huge tiled bathroom and four recently remodeled junior suites
  • Family room with separate entrance and large built-in entertainment storage center, games room and lower level family room opening onto the covered patio and pool, with large storage on custom shelves and lower level “man cave” in nearby.
  • Laundry with built-in organizational system includes two washers and two dryers.
  • Large three stable barn with 10 acre barn and fenced paddock.
  • Private entrance closed with home alarm system.

Jon & Kate Plus 8 presented Kate and Jon Gosselin and their twins and sextuplets at TLC. After the couple divorced, Kate Plus 8 continued to follow Kate and her eight children for years. She also appeared later on Kate Plus Date.

The couple bought the house in 2008 for $ 1.1 million, according to E! Connected.
