When you work as hard as Kate Beckinsale to get in shape, you want to show it off to the world. And that’s exactly what she did in a new Instagram post, showing her ridiculous abdomen.

ICYDK: The English actress, 47, is the protagonist of Paramount +’s new black comedy, Guilty partyand apparently filming is going on right now. Kate shared a BTS photo of what appears to be her trailer with the caption, “Well, hello #guiltyparty @cbstvstudios #paramountplus.”

In the picture, The widow alum is wearing Free City sweatpants and a sweater that she is lifting to show her torso. And wowzer – its core looks super toned. Many people noticed, writing things in the comments like “GORGEOUS” and “Stunning 🔥.” But there was an opponent in the group, because it is the internet.

The comment, from an Instagram user who identifies himself as @big_daddy_geo, simply said, “#midlifecrisis.” Well, Kate was not here for that.

His reply: “Oh, dear, don’t worry. Just lose the fade and the sunglasses and no one will know unless you buy a Ferrari, which seems unlikely.” … Sorry, sorry – I’m still laughing.

Clearly, Kate’s return is proof that she will not let anyone delay her – in life or in her fitness goals. Ridiculously unnecessary comments aside, the Framework the actress looks phenomenal and made it very clear that exercise is a fundamental part of her daily routine.

THE Underworld star of the previously told film series Women’s Health that she solves the first thing. “I wake up, eat something and go straight to the gym,” she said. “So, if I’m going to do cardio, I’ll do it later.”

She also doesn’t play during training. Her trainer, Brad Siskind, of Gunnar Peterson’s academy, said she starts working as soon as possible. “The whole hour is work,” he said earlier Women’s Health.

Kate said she started working out when Michael Bay asked her to lose weight in 2001 Pearl Harbor. That aside, she said, “Exercise is almost more important to me in terms of mood.”

Kate trains six mornings a week with her trainer, doing exercises like biceps while crouching, or sit-ups with combined punches, along with aerobic breaks. She also eats very well, picking up things like chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter, salmon and salads with radish, Brussels sprouts and safflower oil.

Kate loves to exercise when she travels, to find sneakers to work with when she is out of town.
