It is known that the super hit mystery thriller Karthikeya is having a sequel. The sequel was titled Karthikeya 2 and the film’s unit began shooting a few days ago in Gujarat.
Now, there is an interesting update on the project. Manufacturers released a new video by welcoming one of India’s biggest actors, Anupam Kher, on board the project.
“Karthikeya 2 welcomes one of India’s greatest actors – Anupam Kher Ji,” says the video.
Anupam Kher will be seen as Dhanvantri, a key role in the film and he will join the sets soon.
Chandoo Mondeti, who directed Kartikeya, will direct the sequence. People Media Factory and Abhisek Agarwal Arts are producing the film. Nikhil plays a doctor in the film.
