Kane on if the Undertaker leads him to the WWE Hall of Fame

Veteran WWE Superstar Kane just spoke to Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated to discuss his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, which was revealed by The Undertaker at The WWE Bump this morning. Kane considered induction to be the greatest honor of his career.

“This is the greatest honor in my entire professional wrestling career,” said Kane. “So many people helped me get here and I can’t wait to thank each one. It is a tremendous honor, which I am still trying to process. “

While many would like to see Taker introduce Kane to the Hall this year, Kane noted that they have not yet decided who will pay homage.

“I’m not going to speculate on anything,” said Jacobs of who will nominate him. “This is all so new. I am very grateful for this honor. “

Kane has been with WWE since 1995 and has worked in various roles. He commented on the secret of longevity in WWE – being able to reinvent yourself.

“The secret to longevity in WWE is being able to reinvent yourself,” he said. “I was very proud of this profession, doing different things. Team Hell No with Daniel Bryan added an entirely new dimension to the character Kane. Who would have thought that Kane could be a comic relief? Much of that credit also goes to Bryan, who was an incredible partner. And I was always very proud to show my reach as an artist. “
