Kaba delves into the first year and the future in South Carolina

South Carolina Gamecocks Linebacker Mohamed Kaba is more than a year from the ACL injury that ended his last season in high school.

Kaba, who spent his last two years at Clinton High School in North Carolina, is also arriving on the two-year anniversary of his commitment to South Carolina. On Monday morning, the former four-star recruit spoke to reporters. for the first time as a Gamecocks player. Several topics were covered during Kaba’s connection with Zoom. From his position, to the new scheme, defensive coordinator and technical team, there was a lot to talk about before the second training session with the coach Shane Beamer.

As a freshman, Kaba appeared in nine games, three of which were started. He finished with 13 tackles, including half a tackle by defeat.
