Justin Timberlake has finally opened up about being the father of two children!
The singer and actor, 39, confirmed that he and his wife Jessica Biel welcomed a second child, son Phineas, during a virtual appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which will air on Monday.
“He’s amazing and so cute. No one is sleeping,” joked Timberlake. “But we are thrilled. We are thrilled and we couldn’t be happier. Very grateful.”
The couple, who married in 2012, welcomed their first child, son Silas, in April 2015.
DeGeneres was among the few “outside the immediate family” who knew about Biel’s pregnancy. “I think we were FaceTiming and you said, ‘Hey, do you want to know a secret?’ and then Jessica came in and you put your hand on her belly. You said, ‘I’m going to have another baby!’ “

When asked how fathering two children compares to a child, Timberlake joked: “We don’t see each other anymore”, adding: “It’s a lot of fun. I think the saying goes from a defense zone to a man to a guy very fast. It’s great. Silas is super excited. “
And how is 5 year old Silas getting used to being an older brother? “At the moment, he is really enjoying it”, Palmer star said. “Phin still can’t walk or chase him, so we’ll see what happens.”
In addition to being an older brother, Silas is also becoming very interested in video games. “He is, he is,” said Timberlake when asked if his eldest son was musical like his famous father. “But he likes Legos and tennis. We bought a Nintendo Switch. It’s like, crack child ”, he joked.

In addition, Silas likes golf like his father. “He likes golf, but I’m not pushing,” shared Timberlake. “I want him to like it, if he likes it. He’s fast and active, so he’s very good at tennis.”
In April 2018, Biel spoke to Entertainment Tonight and shared his hopes of expanding his family. “Children are incredible. They are really difficult, but they are really incredible,” she said. “I think it would be incredible to have a bigger family. I don’t know if that is in the cards for us, we’ll see.”
