Justin Timberlake assaulted by Britney Spears fans

Justin Timberlake is being criticized by Britney Spears fans after the release of a new documentary about the “Toxic” singer.

Framing Britney Spears, a New York Times documentary, details Spears’ life in the spotlight, including mental health problems and a tutelage run by his father Jamie. A part of the fascinating documentary focuses on Spears’ youth romance with the NSYNC star in the early 2000s – and the result, which included claims that Spears betrayed Timberlake.

Timberlake fed the narrative with a video of his 2002 song “Cry Me A River”, which featured a blonde actress, reminiscent of Spears, sneaking up behind him.

Diane Sawyer then fanned the flames further when she interviewed Spears in 2003 and pushed the 22-year-old to tears.

“You broke his heart, you did something that caused him so much pain, so much suffering. What did you do? “Sawyer hammered on Spears.

The fans immediately went to Twitter to call Timberlake after the doctor left.

“Justin Timberlake needs to prepare his apology …” one person wrote, while another noted: “Watching Framing Britney Spears is a pretty easy way to be angry about misogyny, Justin Timberlake, and how we attract each girl and young man into the spotlight. over the embers! “

“Twenty-five minutes at the nyt britney doc and ready to slowly pull each of Justin Timberlake’s teeth with a wrench,” observed another angrily.

The film follows the ongoing #FreeBritney campaign, a movement led by the singer’s fervent fans – Britney’s Army – who feel she is allegedly being controlled by her father against her will. They protested and publicized the cause on social media.

And now celebrities are also vocalizing their support for Spears in the wake of the film’s release.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Better Midler both tweeted, “#FreeBritney. Khloé Kardashian tweeted her support, calling Spears “Queen Britney”. Valerie Bertinelli called the documentary “punch in the stomach” and noted that there were “so many horrible men / leeches in her life”, including “Justin Timberlake”.

And Miley Cyrus shouted your support during his performance at “TikTok Tailgate” before the Super Bowl. The “Wrecking Ball” singer added Spears’ name to the lyrics of “Party in the USA” and said to the audience: “We love Britney”.

The pop princess is currently engaged in a legal battle with her father, who served as tutor to her daughter’s finances for more than a decade.

At a hearing last year, Spears’ lawyer, Samuel D. Ingham III, claimed that the “I’m a Slave 4 U” singer had been afraid of his father and wanted him to be removed entirely from his guardianship afterwards that he supposedly hired a new manager without consulting her.

The next hearing on the battle for guardianship is on February 11.
