Justin Bieber sells home in Beverly Hills at a loss

Justin Bieber ended up selling half a million chips in Beverly Hills, where he just sold his 1930s colonial style house for $ 7,955 million, The Times confirmed. The pop star paid $ 8.5 million for the property just two years ago.

The Grammy winner is probably not sweating from the loss. Last summer, he disbursed $ 25.8 million for a much larger 2.5 acre property in Beverly Park, The Times reported earlier.

This place is a little smaller, centered on a 6,132 square foot home entered through a courtyard dotted with olive trees. Recently reimagined by Hollywood production designer Charles Infante, the two-story house features a whitewashed brick exterior and formal spaces marked by white oak details and steel-framed doors and windows.

Each space is elegant, including the herringbone foyer, the marble kitchen, the inlaid office and the LED-lit cellar with a wet bar. The plant also comprises five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a cinema room.

A covered, open-air lounge opens outside, where tall hedges surround a lush backyard made for entertainment. The space has an infinity pool, lawn and hut with fireplace.

Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman and Dalton Gomez of Compass held the list. Steven Schaefer and Jay Luchs of Schaefer & Luchs represented the buyer.

Bieber, who reached stardom through YouTube videos, recorded five studio albums, the most recent of which, “Changes”, was released earlier this year. In 2016, the 26-year-old singer won a Grammy for best dance recording for his collaborations on the song “Where Are Ü Now” by Jack Ü.
